Membership Rules and Guidelines
The Grenadier Amateur Poker League Private Members Bar (Roma's) has been introduced to increase the player's enjoyment and safety in the bar and also introduce cash gaming for small stakes. Therefore new rules and guidelines have been set to ensure the best atmosphere and gaming can be produced.
General Members Rules and Guidelines
- All Grenadier Amateur Poker League Members must agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations set out by the Grenadier Amateur Poker League Private Members Bar (Roma's)
- All members must be:
Over 21 years of age for League membership*
Over 25 years of age for Club membership**
Over 25 years of age for Social membership
Proof of id will be required (valid photo driving Licence or Valid passport)
- Members may sign in a maximum of three guests for temporary entrance into Roma's Bar; guests may only visit once per calendar month unless prior agreement by the management has been made. Members signing in guests must take responsibility for their guests conduct at all times. All Guests must be over 25 Years old.
- If a member that has signed in guests leaves Roma's Bar the signed in guests must leave at the same time.
- Guests and Social members are not allowed to take part in any gambling in Roma's Bar.
- Members are expected to treat every other member with respect and consideration. Anti-social behaviour is not tolerated in Roma's Bar.
- Members must agree to take care of all the facilities and equipment provided in the Bar.
- Members are expected to report any damages or spillages to a member of staff so that appropriate action can be taken to prevent accidents occurring.
- Members are expected to observe and abide by the opening hours of Roma's Bar.
- Members are expected to mind their language! We all swear from time to time but some words should not be heard.
- Members must be made aware that CCTV is in operation within Roma's Bar 24 hours a day and the images/video are stored digitally and kept within the terms of the confidentially act. The images can and will be used to resolve any disputes within the rules.
- Members arriving or in Roma's Bar that are to intoxicated will be politely asked to leave. Members must be aware that it is against the law to serve people under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The Management reserve the right to refuse entry into Roma's Bar and the Grenadier.
The Management reserve the right to change the Rules and Guidelines at anytime without notice.
* Members under 21 that were playing regularly before these rule changes may become members at the management's discretion
** Members under 25 that are appointed in an official capacity by the club may have Club Membership although extra restrictions will apply.
